Chief Operating Officer
Jenny moved to Las Vegas after residing at Fort Rucker, AL. She moved back to Las Vegas after her husband retired from the United States Army. Jenny is also a military veteran, serving 10 years in the United States Air Force. She will always have the “get it done right the first time” mentality and incorporates the Air Force Core Values into her daily life. Integrity first: She will always be honest and forthcoming towards clients about any issues they may encounter. Service before self; she has a commitment and dedication to her clients to help them have the best experience possible. Excellence in all we do; She is constantly striving to provide clients with highest level of service and knows that excellence can only be achieved when all members of a team work together, which is why she leads and holds her team to the highest standards. Jenny and her husband reside in the northwest with their son.
Director of First Impressions
Jenna was born and raised in Sunny Florida. She moved to Las Vegas via the Air Force, and now calls Nevada home after her husband retired from service. Jenna has 4 children that keep life exciting, and she enjoys trips to Disneyland, the beach, and taking them to movies. At Nevada Benefits, she strives to make every client feel welcome whether on the phone, email, or website.
Phil is a MBA professional, leveraging multiple sustainability disciplines within healthcare, financial planning, and education industries of civilians, veterans, and current military individuals. Was given the key to the City of Las Vegas in March of 2003, and is actively involved in the Las Vegas community, serving on the Advisory Board for the YMCA of Southern Nevada and on the Veterans’ Services Commission.
Gay and Rocco
Gay and Rocco love coming to work every day because they get to eat snacks, take naps, and meet new people.
Gay is an 8 year old Shihtzu and Rocco is an 8 year old Cockapoo.
David is the former Regional Managing Director of the Wells Fargo Private Bank in Nevada, having previously worked as a Wealth Planning Strategist for a San Francisco based Registered Investment Adviser and a law firm. David brings over 30 years of experience in the areas of investment management, estate and retirement planning. David graduated with Honors from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas; and High Honors with an MBA in finance and accounting from Regis University, Denver, CO
Client Services Specialist
Debbie was born and raised in Forth Worth, TX, then spent 10 years in The Woodlands, TX. Most of her career was in the auto industry, where she excelled as a Lexus employee. Debbie and her husband, Greg retired 5 years ago, moved to Las Vegas, and are “living the dream” in the Summerlin area. Some of her interests include traveling, volunteering, cooking, and long walks with Greg. They still spend a lot of time in the Fort Worth area, where their family lives. She brings organization to the team and always a pleasant voice on the phone.
Business Development & Client Experience Specialist
Rebecca and her husband live in Las Vegas along with their three children. She attended the University of Missouri in Columbia and afterwards resided in Chicago where she worked in advertising. Rebecca and her husband moved to Las Vegas in 2000 where she continued to work in advertising. Rebecca brings her marketing and customer experience to our group. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her active children.
Video Producer & Editor
Ari is the founder and CEO of 4Spades Productions – a corporate and wedding video company that he started at 18. His video work has earned him national recognition and he loves spending time reading and learning from his mentors. Ari is a Las Vegas native and works to support the goals of American Dream U and Nevada Benefits.
Director of Human Resources
Joey Randazzo proudly considers himself to be a Master of None. He’s average at a lot of things, such as cooking, writing, ping pong, and geography (why does he even know anything about geography, anyway?). He’s also average at being funny, as you can tell by this bio that he wrote.
