Phil is a MBA professional, leveraging multiple sustainability disciplines within healthcare, financial planning, and education industries of civilians, veterans, and current military individuals. Was given the key to the City of Las Vegas in March of 2003, and is actively involved in the Las Vegas community, serving on the Advisory Board for the YMCA of Southern Nevada and on the Veterans’ Services Commission.
Director of Operations and Licensed Agent
Laura is a Las Vegas native who resides with her husband and stepdaughter. She has completed her BA degree in Psychology at the University of Nevada. Laura enjoys personalizing her service; she brings forth over 20 years of experience providing client focus services from dynamic of avenues. She believes in empowering and educating others to encourage them to make the best decision for themselves and their families.
Lexie was born in the Chicago area but has lived in Las Vegas most of her life. Her favorite part about her job is being able to make real differences in clients’ lives and helping them find the best solutions for their insurance needs. In her spare time, Lexie enjoys drawing and spending time with her niece.
Kelly is California-born and raised and spent her youth and young adulthood performing and traveling the world. She chose to bring her positive personality into the business world and hasn’t looked back since. She met her British husband in Las Vegas 12 yrs ago and they have two lovely boys. Kelly’s mission is to help people find coverage that best fits their needs in a fun and efficient way!

Debbie was born and raised in Forth Worth, TX, then spent 10 years in The Woodlands, TX. Most of her career was in the auto industry, where she excelled as a Lexus employee. Debbie and her husband, Greg retired 5 years ago, moved to Las Vegas, and are “living the dream” in the Summerlin area. Some of her interests include traveling, volunteering, cooking, and long walks with Greg. They still spend a lot of time in the Fort Worth area, where their family lives. She brings organization to the team and always a pleasant voice on the phone.

Joey Randazzo proudly considers himself to be a Master of None. He’s average at a lot of things, such as cooking, writing, ping pong, and geography (why does he even know anything about geography, anyway?). He’s also average at being funny, as you can tell by this bio that he wrote.
Pauline moved to Nevada from Utah in 1998 and has worked in Employee Benefits since 2001 working with both small and large groups. Pauline enjoys working with clients to solve issues and get them the best coverage possible.
