I have been working with Nevada Benefits for a number of years and I continue to come back because of the wonderful customer service under the leadership of Phil. He has a great team of agents/brokers and a front desk receptionist that are professional, hardworking and very kind. They truly care about their clients.
This year I decided to change to a new insurance plan. I worked with Lexie this year and she was awesome from start to finish. After I made my choice on which plan would work best for me for this upcoming year, she set to work to finalize everything. A glitch happened with my account when she tried to enter my updated information with Nevada Health Link. She told me she would continue to work with them until it was resolved. Even though the glitch took a couple of weeks to get resolved, she stuck with it until she got the job done. She stayed in touch with me to keep me updated which gave me peace of mind. It felt so good when I got the email that my new insurance was being processed and even better when I received the email that my carrier had confirmed my move onto the new plan for 2023. It feels so good to have this all finalized.
Thank you Lexie for working so hard for me durng a frustrating transition due to a glitch that was out of your control. Your knowledge and expertise are so very appreciated!

I was having such a hard time with my Nevada Health Link account. Previously, I had enrolled with a broker at another location, but I never received an access code for my account. Over the past month, I had been in contact with Anthem, reaching out to different insurance brokers, and trying to navigate the Nevada Health Link website without success. Fortunately, I found an email from Nevada Benefits in my old emails. I was able to schedule a phone appointment for the following day. An agent named Lexie understood the challenges I was having and connected me with a representative, William, from Nevada Health Link. I was able to obtain an access code and gain access to my account. Then, I was able to update my YTD earnings and renew my health insurance for the next calendar year! All of this was accomplished in under 30 minutes. Cannot rave about them enough!
