Re-applyYou can reapply for Medicaid if you were denied for a legitimate reason. For example, you might not have known which assets are counted toward the limit or how to spend down excess assets. A Certified Medicaid Planner can help you re-work your application.

File an appeal- We can help you craft one.You can file an appeal if Medicaid decides not to provide a service, ends your enrollment, or doesn’t authorize a benefit. If you are enrolled in managed care, you must first go through the MCO’s appeal process.
